Orders and Shipping

At Flavor Kraft once the order is place your product will go under several tests such as products quality, packing quality and ordered martial and color checks. For more details check here

Go to My Account page and in register section, enter your email and new password you want. You’ll receive a confirmation link within 15 minutes. Creating an account helps you to manage your address, track your orders and get discounts etc.

After creating your order if you want to change your shipping address, you can contact our support team on WhatsApp.

Note: It’s not possible to change the shipping address once your order status changes to shipped.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

None of your payment details are saved with us or the payment provider (CCAvenue). We use the safest payment gateway which comes with extra secure SSL secured as well.

All our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

If you want a GST invoice, you can send your GST Number, Company details on this email: support@flavorkraft.com, you’ll receive your GST invoice within 24 hours.

Returns and Exchanges

As most of our products are delicate, we only allow returns/refunds if the product has arrived broken. For more information, check here

Don’t worry, you can contact our support team here or write to us on support@flavorkraft.com with the product images you ordered and what you got, we’ll rectify the issue and provide you your product within 2 days, as our standard process.

We understand your concern and want to assure you that we’ll send you a new product at no additional cost, so you can have peace of mind. Before we proceed, please contact our support team and share photos of the damage at support@flavorkraft.com.
